Stok AlarmıIn this work, Dr. S. Emre KARSLI examines the role of cultural and educational activities, collectively referred to as "Soft Power," in the conduct of a country`s international relations. The use of Soft Power gained momentum in the post-Cold War era and, especially during the 1990s, as a new international system was being established. Over time, it has become increasingly important in the development of mutual relations between countries.
The Turkish Maarif Foundation, established in 2016 as part of these Soft Power efforts, aimed to foster political, economic, and other forms of cooperation by establishing relationships with the societies of other countries through cultural and educational activities.
This research is a significant contribution due to its rarity in the field of study, and it sheds light on an important aspect of international relations. (Prof. Dr. Emin Gürses)
